Allison Dyer is an avid horsewoman who grew up in the Bridle Path equestrian neighborhood of Simi Valley has been part of the local community for over 30 years. Allison understands the unique lifestyle, wants and needs of the equestrian property buyers and sellers. Allison and her husband Marcus both grew up in the Simi Valley, Westlake, Thousand Oaks area and love it so much they decided to stay and raise their own children here.

Allison is a graduate of California Lutheran University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. As a Market Research Specialist and Project Manager at J.D. Power & Associates, Allison helped publish many multi-million-dollar studies and reports used for print, media, and television advertisement for some of the top automotive companies in the world. Consumer Behavior and Marketing have continued to be her passion.

Allison also has an extensive background in accounting, payroll, business management, target marketing, and customer service.

In 2015, Allison decided to follow her passion for real estate and became a licensed agent. Allison and Dyer Realty Group works with many of the top producing real estate agents in Southern California at Pinnacle Estate Properties, Westlake Village.
